The event offers interactive cooking demonstrations where participants - guided by Chopping Block chefs - craft worldly courses from hors d'oeuvres to desserts while imbibing on mature and non-alcoholic beverages. Bid on silent auction items like sports tickets, art and autographed memorabilia.

Your donations support the Foundation's mission to keep families and loved ones close in a supportive "home-away-from-home" environment while patients receive medical treatment in the Illinois Medical District hospitals.

Sponsorship Packages

Executive Chef:  $5,000

Own the kitchen for the evening by becoming a sponsor of the cooking
demonstrations. For your generosity, all Chopping Block chefs will don aprons embroidered with your organization’s name. All printed materials—such as brochures, display signage and the Web site—will include your organization’s name and/or logo. As the evenings host, you will receive 12 tickets to the event.

Sous Chef: $2,500

Be the boss of the kitchen by becoming a sponsor of the event. Your
organization’s name and/or logo will be emblazoned on event signage, brochures and on the Web site. As the Sous Chef, you will receive 6 tickets to the event.

Sommelier:  $1,000

Wetting the palate is just as important as whetting one’s appetite. By
becoming the evening’s wine and beverage sponsor, your organization will received bar signage, plus your name and/or logo on all printed materials, such as brochures, display signage and the Web site. As the sommelier, you will also receive 4 tickets to the event.  

Pastry Chef:  $750

Be the sweetheart of the evening by sponsoring the desserts table.
The sponsorship includes table signage, plus your organization’s name and/or logo on all brochures, display signage and the Web site. As the pastry chef, you will receive 3 tickets to the event.

Sauté Chef: $500

This sponsorship includes your organization’s name and/or logo on
all print materials including brochures, display signage and the Web site. You will also receive 2 tickets to the event.
